From each meeting of the American Presbytery, a Short Report is generated which is the officially approved report for the churches of the CRPC to place in their church bulletins. These have been approved for public disclosure to give a general idea of the major actions taken at each meeting of the CRPC. Full minutes are not approved for public disclosure, but are provided on an as needed basis at the discretion of the American Presbytery. Requests for such may be presented to the Communications Secretary for presentation to the clerk of the convening church of the next regularly scheduled American Presbytery meeting.
