The meeting of the presbytery took place at the Holiday Inn Express in Janesville, Wisconsin.  The following delegates and observers were present:  (left to right)  Ron DeTroye (Ruling Elder, Sheboygan, WI); Carl Miler (observer delegate, Deacon, Grace Presbyterian Church, Redding, CA and secretary of the Covenanting Association of Reformed and Presbyterian Churches -- CARPC); David Stack (observer Deacon, Janesville, WI); Geoffrey Donnan (Teaching Elder, Fellsmere, FL); Jeff Lubbers (observer, Freeport, Illinois); Olev Tauts (Ruling Elder, Manawa, WI); Frank Smith (Teaching Elder, Sheboygan, WI); Brian Schwertley (observer and prospective transferee to the CRPC from the Reformed Presbyterian Church of the U.S., Lansing, MI); Jerry Clay (Ruling Elder, Janesville, WI); Dan Gibson (Teaching Elder, Janesville, WI); Rudy Poettcker (Teaching Elder, Fellsmere, FL representing Paramaribo, Suriname).

Brian Schwertley in his doctrinal discussion regarding his transfer into the CRPC from the RPCUS to take a call as the minister for the Manawa, WI church of the CRPC.

Recess for some means a time to smoke cigars, which they jokingly consider a "test of true fellowship", a point which others "contest".  So despite our smallness, we still have our "factions".

And then there is always time for a little basket ball at the Manse for the Janesville church.
