The
American Presbytery was called to order at 7:05 pm, with opening prayer,
devotions and singing of a Psalm.

Roll Call
of members was taken, a declaration of Quorum was made and guests from
Sovereign Grace Church of Des Moines, Iowa and a representative from the
Trinity Bible Society were recognized.

Reverend
Asgar Hamid was elected as Moderator, Reverend Dan Gibson was elected as
Secretary, and Elder Jerry Clay was elected as the preparer of the Short
Report.

The
minutes of the stated meeting of November 5-7, 2007 were approved.
-
We
received reports from each of the churches present.
-
The
Presbytery took up the Milton appeal and the Court heard the case, finding
Reverend Frank Smith unanimously guilty on all charges.

The Court
held a trial on the Presbytery’s charges against Reverend Frank Smith. He
was found unanimously guilty on all charges. A letter was sent to him
seeking repentance before final censure is pronounced.

The Court
held a trial on the Presbytery’s charges against Reverend Gene Osborn. He
was found unanimously guilty on all charges. A letter was sent to him
seeking repentance before final censure is pronounced.

Marty
Waltho demitted his Presbytery Credentials and the Court dropped the charges
against him with a letter of rebuke.

An
“Introductory Understanding Regarding the CRPC” was presented by Reverend
Rudy Poettcker and revised, then adopted.

The short
report was read and approved, and the minutes will be sent.

It was
determined that the next meeting will be on November 10-12 and the convening
church will be King’s Reformed Presbyterian Church of Palm Bay, Florida.

meeting was adjourned with prayer at 11:24 AM July 23, 2008.
